We are pleased to announce that Candidate Network has opened its “virtual doors” for business as an online career/job search portal.

Candidate Network is a 50/50 partnership between Zandile Faniso (Chief Executive Officer) and Laetitia Emako (General Manager).

Candidate Network aims to provide a new and interactive way of finding talent and opportunity on line.

We will achieve this by doing the following

Interactive/Direct Marketing of the website, the effect of this would then be

1. Available candidates / who are seriously considering making changes in their careers

2. Emphasis on having the most skilled equity candidates thereby assisting in acquiring scarce skills

Ad Response Handling for Customers who advertise jobs, the effect of this would then be

1. Saving our customers time

2. Conducting a pre-telephonic interview before the shortlist to establish understanding of the job description and other pertinent issues like location, method of travel etc.

3. Sending shortlisted individuals to Agencies/Companies with the full statistics of how many applicants were received

Assisting with Graduate/Trainee and Technician programmes by engaging with students at South Africa’s tertiary institutions – we will achieve this by:

1. Promotional days

2. Visits to tertiary institutions
